My mom prepared these lemon filled cupcakes for my aunt’s birthday —January 1st. The recipe is from the Yummy Mummy Kitchen. I also love the photographs of the recipes posted on this website, they always seem very elegant.
The only difference from the original recipe is that my mom didn’t have lavender honey, so she didn’t use it and that’s why the color of the frosting is not the same. The reason there is not much frosting on the cupcakes is purely a matter of taste, since my mom doesn’t like too much frosting on her cupcakes.
